Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. If your return is approved, the refund process will be as follows:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

  • Refunds are issued only if the product is returned in its original condition with all tags intact and original packaging.

  • In case of refund delays, Free2Sale is not responsible for any bank processing time.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

  3. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@free2sale.com

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

  • Items purchased using discount codes or special promotions are not eligible for refunds.

  • Any intimate or hygiene-related products cannot be refunded for health and safety reasons.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • If an order is canceled before dispatch, the refund will be credited within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Policy:

  • Products will be delivered within 5 -7 working days
  • The defective or damaged products will be redelivered within 5 – 7 working days and the exchange items will be replaced within 5 – 7 working days
